I develop research in remote sensing of the atmosphere, primarily to characterise clouds, aerosols and water vapour in order to understand their interactions and underlying physical processes :

  • Satellite based analysis of clouds and aerosols properties
  • Processes study from statistical analysis of satellite observations and model reanalysis


Remote Sensing :

  • Development of retrieval algorithm for atmospheric components characterization with special emphasis on use of polarization, multiangle and multispectral measurements

Radiative Transfer :

  • Development of simulation software and tools for spaceborne sensors simulation and validation of observing systems
