Dear APOLO-2019 participants,
The APOLO-2019 is approaching and the locally in Lille we have advanced well in preparing everything for the meeting. However, we need your help and attention to the two following aspects:
1. Please, do not forget to register in time for the APOLO-2019. The deadline for the registration is 25 October. The registration fees:

2. Please, take a moment and do not forget to respond to the questionary regarding your participation in Scientific program and Social APOLO events. The deadline is 19 October. Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to solicit nominations for the 2019 François Arago Award presented by the International APOLO Project. This senior Award is intended to celebrate profound contributions by a prominent scientist to the research field of polarimetric remote sensing.
The description of the 2019 François Arago Award and details of the nomination procedure are provided in the attached file.
Nominate your colleagues and help to recognise their outstanding research efforts.

Organising committee
Dear participants,
All invited speakers are encouraged to submit their abstracts as soon as practicable. Each corresponding author is encouraged to visit the page Submitted Abstracts several days after submission to verify whether his/her abstract has been posted correctly. Note that some abstracts may be reformatted to comply with the common style.

Organising committee
The organising committee is planing to provide limited number travel grants. The requests should be sent via APOLO contact form.
It addition, subject to approval, limited funds (approx. $2200 per person) may become available to support the participation of ~10 early career scientists from US institutions (mostly PhD students and postdocs).

Finally, after consideration the dates of the meeting were fixed to 4 – 7, 2019.
The submission of the abstracts is now open till July 1, 2019.
The venue of the conference will be Polytech, on the campus of University of Lille.
The detailed information about venue, hotels, etc. will be soon provide on the site.
It is expected that registration will be opened soon, once all formalities will be completed.
